A: For painting we charge by the sq ft, for repairs and carpentry we charge by the amount of time the project will take to complete.

Q: I’m worried about there being a mess and too much dust in our house, what can you do to prevent this?
A: We clean up every day and we keep our equipment in a designated area. We also use Hepa vacs during sanding to eliminate airborne dust.

A: We have a 1 day booking minimum.
Q: Is the homeowner responsible for moving furniture?
A: No, we can move furniture accordingly, we only ask that smaller personal items be moved if necessary.

A: Yes, we often do jobs where the homeowners are home during the day, we prioritize areas accordingly, so we don’t disrupt your daily activities.
Q: Can I be comfortable in knowing that all workers can be trusted in our home if we are not there?
A: Absolutely yes, we are all professionals and are all grown adults with families of our own. All workers have undergone background checks and have been with the company for many years.

A: Benjamin Moore & Sherwin Williams, we only use quality products.

A: We are neither cheap nor expensive. We are usually the middle-priced company when compared to other companies’ costs.

Q: I want to have my house painted but I have no idea how to choose a color, what should I do?
A: We offer free color and design consultations with any accepted proposal. We are experts in colors and can provide you with guidance in choosing the right colors that work for your home and your style. We have color portfolios that we will bring to show during the consultation.
Q: Can you provide references?
A: Yes, we provide references for all of our estimates.
Q: Our house is in rough shape and needs a lot of work, are you able to take on these kinds of jobs?
A: Yes, we are not only professional painters, but we also specialize in all aspects of home repair and remodeling. We can provide subcontracted plumbers, electricians, tile & flooring companies, etc. as well if the job calls for it.
